FRANK S. WOJTOWICZ, CTP

BACKGROUND

Frank S. Wojtowicz has over twenty years of demonstrated success as a turnaround professional, senior corporate executive and entrepreneur. He brings a hands-on general management approach to his engagements, having successfully dealt with both the financial and operational aspects of leading, advising and evaluating a wide variety of business enterprises.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Mr. Wojtowicz has proven skills and experience in strategic planning, financial and operational assessments, enterprise valuations, operational improvements, divestiture strategies, and cash flow improvement programs. The scope of engagements that he has worked on include business turnarounds, financial viability investigations, development of lending group exit strategies, wind-downs for liquidations, and evaluating and monitoring distressed firms on behalf of creditors. Because of his background as a general manager with P&L responsibility, Mr. Wojtowicz brings a senior executive’s perspective to his cases. He is also adept at handling the personnel issues that must be dealt with in a financially distressed situation.

Mr. Wojtowicz is experienced in several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, trucking, military contract work, internet-based enterprises, automotive, electronics, metal stamping, and metal casting. These companies have ranged in size from $5 million to $500 million in annual revenues, and include publicly traded, privately held, family-owned, and start-up enterprises.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Before joining High Ridge Partners, Mr. Wojtowicz worked as a Director for Corporate Revitalization Partners and for BBK, Ltd. Mr. Wojtowicz’s industry experience includes responsibilities as Vice President & General Manager for All-Rite Spring Company, President & Owner of All American Vending Company, and Operations Manager for Daniel Woodhead Company.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

Mr. Wojtowicz earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and is also Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM). He is a member of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago.
