MARK SNIEGOWSKI

BACKGROUND

Mr. Sniegowski has been directly involved in the asset disposition business over the past seven years. He has facilitated liquidations on behalf of lending institutions and a wide range of industries. He has directly managed equipment appraisal operations for both the industrial and construction business sectors. His background has encompassed numerous business sectors including printing, plastics, metalworking, rolling stock and construction.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Mr. Sniegowski has managed day to day appraisal operations while working with various parties to maximize their collateral value in asset dispositions. His experience includes a diverse number of equipment asset valuation issues in the appraisal and liquidation industries. He has managed the process to assure all parties obtain their desired results.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Mr. Sniegowski has enjoyed a wide background of experience in both the Public and Private sectors. Prior to joining High Ridge Partners, he managed the appraisal business of a nationally known auction/appraisal firm. He also has worked for the State of Illinois as a Public Service Administrator, and with Honeywell, Inc., in a sales capacity.

EDUCATION

Mr. Sniegowski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University, and is an Evans Scholar alumnus. He is USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) certified. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
