Michael Dudek
BACKGROUND
Michael Dudek has experience dealing with general commercial and asset-based lending, specialized and leveraged finance, syndications, as well as financial restructuring and recovery. He has assisted in the implementation of workout and turnaround transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, and private and public offerings. He has served in a wide variety of roles: underwriting of large syndicated asset-based financing, restructuring, recapitalization, and recovery analyses for distressed companies, collateral and borrowing base evaluation, and financial and cash flow forecasting and modeling. His experience spans a broad range of industries from transportation, manufacturing, automotive, and distribution to the food service and retail industries AREAS OF EXPERTISE

and reconciliation of financial forecasting, modeling, and cash flow

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining High Ridge Partners in 2007, Mr. Dudek was an Associate in LaSalle Bank’s Large Syndications & Restructuring Group. At LaSalle, he was responsible for assisting in the underwriting of new financing arrangements, preparation of forecasts and modeling, as well as maintaining a current review of a commercial lending portfolio.
