BACKGROUND Patrick D. Cavanaugh has over twenty years of experience providing
financial and management consulting services in the areas of bankruptcy,
business workouts, reorganization, and collateral disposition. He has advised companies, secured lenders,
creditors’ committees, and equity holders throughout various stages of
the restructuring process. AREAS
OF EXPERTISE
Mr. Cavanaugh possesses strong skills in crisis
management, cash flow projections, cash management, collateral evaluation,
management operations, and negotiation.
His experience includes day-to-day management control of troubled
businesses, providing business advice in out-of-court workouts or formal
bankruptcy proceedings, and performing merger and acquisition activities in
the role of contract management or as financial advisor to the company,
creditors, or other stakeholders. Mr. Cavanaugh has substantial experience in several
industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, leasing, service,
and transportation. He has worked with
companies with annual sales ranging from $2 million to $250 million. PREVIOUS
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Cavanaugh has spent his entire professional career
working with middle market companies, in a wide variety of industries, in various
stages of crisis and restructuring. He
worked as a consultant for Development Specialists, Inc. for eleven years,
