BACKGROUND Joseph Tedesco has over 25 years of experience and demonstrated success as a senior executive and turnaround consultant. He has served as CFO and COO to middle market companies in a variety of industries. His executive experience includes start up, entrepreneurial and rapid growth companies, and has proven expertise in broad-scope operational management, financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting. He has completed workout and turn-around transactions, company restructures, and Chapter 11 liquidations .AREAS

Prior to joining High Ridge Partners, Mr. Tedesco worked as COO of a multi-million dollar, vertically integrated importer/wholesale/retail organization servicing a nation-wide major up-scale retailer. His experience also includes responsibilities as Vice President & General Manager of Nahigian Brothers; CFO for a regional start-up company in the food industry; and co-managing partner in a property acquisition firm.
